Through the use of revolutionary technology, Callum Lynch (Fassbender) is able to relive the memories of his genetic ancestor during the Spanish Inquisition.
Lynch discovers that he’s descended from a secret group known as the Assassins, here he learns knowledge and skills to take on an oppressive regime in his current life.
There’s kicking, punching, stabbing and rooftop action galore as the spirit of the hugely successful video game franchise is evoked in the movie.
It looks like a film not to be missed…
