The Stath does stubble, not subtle…
You know what you are getting when you go to see a Jason Statham film. Lots of testosterone, action, and more punches and kicks than a hotly-contested Aussie Rules game.
The trailer for his latest big screen offering, Wild Card, doesn’t even attempt to be anything else, but we don’t mind a good action movie and when you throw in the super Stanley Tucci and the wonderful Sofia Vergara from Modern Family then we’re all over it.
The movie is set in Las Vegas with a backdrop of casinos, fast women and angry men. To be honest, it could have been set in Tramore and we’d watch it.
Shoot the bad guys Jason! SHOOT THE BAD GUYS!
