WATCH: 1,000 musicians all playing ‘Killing In the Name Of’ is simply glorious

Paul Moore

Rage Against The Machine

Some of those that work forces…

If anyone is looking for any reason to watch a live version of one of the most iconic metal songs of all time, we’ve got an answer.

Fuck you, I won’t do what you tell me
Fuck you, I won’t do what you tell me
Fuck you, I won’t do what you tell me
Fuck you, I won’t do what you tell me
Fuck you, I won’t do what you tell me
Fuck you, I won’t do what you tell me
Fuck you, I won’t do what you tell me
Fuck you, I won’t do what you tell me
Fuck you, I won’t do what you tell me!
Fuck you, I won’t do what you tell me!
Fuck you, I won’t do what you tell me!
Fuck you, I won’t do what you tell me!
Fuck you, I won’t do what you tell me!
Fuck you, I won’t do what you tell me!
Fuck you, I won’t do what you tell me!
Fuck you, I won’t do what you tell me!
Motherfucker!
Uggh!

Ok, unlike Zach de la Rocha iconic tirade on the second track of RATM’s blistering debut album, we’ll mellow out a bit because this version was organised by Rockin’ 1000, a performance group based in Italy that’s comprised of as many musicians as the name implies.

Take a look at what happened at the Commerzbank-Arena in Frankfurt when 1,000 musicians from all over the world came together to play Rage Against the Machine’s iconic tirade against police brutality.

Anger is a gift.
