Garda appeal for witnesses following shooting in Dublin

The incident took place late on Saturday night.

Gardaí in Mountjoy are appealing for witnesses following a shooting incident in Cabra. Shortly before 10pm on Saturday night, a number of shots were fired at a house on St Attracta Road in Dublin 7. None of the occupants in the house at the time were injured. Windows at the front of the house were damaged. A number armed Garda units are at the scene and searches in the area are currently underway. The scene is preserved for a technical examination.
