Dublin wasn’t the only place where 1916 commemorations took place today.
Smaller events in several other towns and cities, such as this one in Carrickmore in County Tyrone, were held.
This ceremony saw a whole parade join together to sing ‘Óró sé do bheatha abhaile.’
One viewer said it is “easily the best exhibition (I have) seen today, (my) eyes weeping (and) heart filled with pride.”
Take a look for yourself.
