The bad weather has been hitting Cork pretty hard, and it looks like some parts of the city are underwater
The weather hasn’t been great anywhere in Ireland in the last few weeks, but it looks like Cork has already suffered the worst of it, and has experienced some flooding this evening.
Twitter user Richard Jacob, who owns the Idaho Cafe, has been sharing these snaps of the area around the South Mall, which has been badly affected.

As Richard rightly points out, with the storm warning set for tonight, things don’t look like they’re about to get any better.
