A member of An Garda Síochána was almost caught off guard near Howth harbour yesterday when he and two of his law enforcing colleagues got a little bit too close to a giant wave.
JOE reader Sue McKiernan recorded the video close to the East Café Bar down in Howth and while the guard may have managed to escape the icy cold waters, his mini-panic attack just as the wave hits the harbour wall is absolutely priceless…
