Johnny Lester, take a bow. Well, do a few more somersaults first and then take a bow.

It’s not often that the professional Indoor American Football League pops up on our radar, but you don’t have to like American football, hell you don’t even have to like sport to appreciate an absolutely incredible catch by Johnny Lester of the Georgia Fire recently. Seemingly defying physics and showing a disregard for his own safety, Lester leapt into the air to get on the end of a long pass into the opposition end zone and made a catch just before exiting the end zone before executing an incredible somersault to leap clear of the pitch hoardings. Thankfully, he emerged unhurt and accepted the well-deserved congratulations from his team-mates afterwards; it’s safe to say he, and not a whole lot of other people for that matter, will make a catch like it ever again. Ridiculous. Video via YouTube/espnvideosss Hat-tip: James Dart
