NFL players, despite the fact that we sometimes give them a hard time for playing in shoulder pads and helmets, are a bunch of pretty tough guys.
Just ask Thomas DeCoud of the Atlanta Falcons, who's just about to start enjoying his off-season. First though, he needs to go and get surgery on his mangled finger, which has been injured since he played against the Tampa Bay Buccaneers at the end of December.

It's a pretty unpleasant image, and we can't imagine that you wouldn't notice the fact that your finger is bent completely the wrong way.
Any doctors out there care to tell us whether you think it's broken or dislocated? Or just totally f%$@ed?
