A lesson in how not, we repeat NOT, to unblock a toilet. Don’t try this at home kids.
It’s a problem we have all faced, and none of us like dealing with it. But there is a very good reason why you use a plunger to unblock a toilet and not, say, explosives.
That bit of common sense seemed to by-pass Lochlann Carney (who sent us the clip) and friends recently when faced with the dreaded blocked bog. Armed with just a Blackcat firework, the lads decided that it was a surefire way to blast their way to u-bend freedom.
Sadly, the lads forgot that toilets are ceramic. You can guess what happens next. We dread to think what the clean-up job was like.
Is this the least sensible use of a firework indoors since Mario Balotelli. We think so. And once again, don’t try this at home.
