Then sit back and watch in awe as Oona Kivelä, World Pole Dancing Champion, demonstrates her incredible feats of strength and flexibility with a series of 24 hardcore exercises on the stall bars, parallel bars, floor and pole.

And the best thing about it is, with a name like Oona, sure we can practically claim her as Irish too.

Well, maybe that’s not the best thing about it…

The athlete’s upper body strength seems almost super human at times and JOE got a stitch just watching her… at least, we think it’s a stitch.

We can do a roly-poly Oona if that’s any good?
