“Taaaaaaaaaaake on meeeeeeeeeeeee!”

Details are scarce at the moment, aside from the fact that A-ha will be kicking of their 2019 comeback in tour in Dublin.

That is according to the band’s official Twitter account, where they stated the following:

“The first city we’re announcing for a-ha’s fall 2019 tour is DUBLIN! The band hasn’t played in Dublin since 2002, on their Lifelines tour. It’s going to be an awesome reunion with Irish fans, will you be there?”

They plan on announcing a new city each day leading up to the full announcement in early November (Bremen in Germany has also been announced as a venue), with the tickets set to go on sale on Friday 9 November.

For anyone who thinks the Norwegian act only have ‘Take On Me’ under their belts, then they are forgetting the absolute behemoth monster bangers that are ‘The Sun Always Shines On Me’, ‘Crying In The Rain’, and ‘Hunting High And Low’.

Plus they performed arguably one of the best Bond theme songs of all time, ‘The Living Daylights’.

The band released their tenth album Cast In Steel back in 2015, but we all know what we’ll all really be there for…
