For anyone that lost something at EP.
Now that the tent has been packed away for another year and festival goers are returning to some state of normality – it really does take a few days to get back into the swing of things after a trip to Laois’ most famous festival – all eyes are turning to Electric Picnic 2020 with tickets going on sale this Saturday.
However, some unfortunate souls may have lost keys, wallets, phones etc over the weekend and if you know anyone of that ilk, this year’s festival is a little bit different that others in terms of lost property.
Usually, the local Gardaí take care of any lost property requests but as stated on the festival’s official site, this duty is now being administered by the St Vincent de Paul shop in Stradbally.
EP organisers have said: “Festival goers can claim their lost property from Tuesday, 3 September to Saturday, 7 September at the back of the St Vincent de Paul shop, Stradbally between 08:00 and 20:00. Alternatively you can text 085 859 627.”
If you’ve lost an item of property, the organisers are asking you to “please include as much detail as possible and any distinguishing features.”
Calls will not be answered, so texting is your best bet.
Here’s hoping that all searches are successful.
Again, Saturday is the deadline so don’t delay.
