  • The promoter is Maximum Media Network Limited,The Distillery Building, Fumbally Court, Fumbally Lane, Dublin 8.
  • The prize is sponsored by Aviva Health Insurance Ireland Limited (Sponsor). The Sponsor’s sole involvement in the competition is the provision of the prize to the promoter. The Sponsor is in no way involved with the operation and running of the competition.
  • Employees or agents of Maximum Media Network and Aviva Health Insurance Ireland Limited, and their families or other persons connected with this promotion are not eligible to enter.
  • Prize is as offered and no cash alternative will apply.
  • Prize is non-transferable. The prize is a McGuirks gift card for the value of €500. The prize winner will be bound by the terms and conditions for use of the McGuirk gift card gift card which are available at http://www.mcguirksgolf.com. The prize winner will also be bound by the terms imposed by any third parties providing goods and/or services as part of or in connection with the Prize. The Promoter cannot accept responsibility for the acts or omissions of third parties. The Promoter shall have no liability to the prize winner in connection with the use or enjoyment of the Prize. The Prize is non-transferrable and cash will not be offered as an alternative to the Prize. The Promoter reserves the right to offer alternative prizes of equal or greater value should the advertised Prize become unavailable for any reason or where circumstances dictate. No purchase is necessary to enter this promotion.
  • A valid entry consists of a correct answer entered in the form above, accompanied by the entrant’s name and email address.
  • Competition ends Sunday 22nd September 2013 (Closing Date). All entries must be received by the promoter on or before this date and the promoter accepts no responsibility for any entry, which due to a technical error or any other reason, is not received or is delayed. Proof of submitting an entry is not proof that the entry has been received by the promoter.
  • The prize winner will be selected at random by the promoter from all valid entries received by it on or before the Closing Date, and will be contacted on or before 25th September 2013. The prize winner will receive the prize by 31st October 2013.
  • Entries must be entered online in the form above.
  • The promoter's decision is final and binding in all matters and no correspondence will be entered into.
  • The promoter and the Sponsor reserve the right to offer alternative prizes of equal or greater value should the advertised prize become unavailable for any reason or where circumstances dictate.
  • The promoter and the Sponsor reserve the right to alter the dates on which the prize winner may avail of the prize should the advertised dates become unavailable for any reason, including unforeseen circumstances outside the promoter's and/or the Sponsor’s reasonable control.
  • The prize winner will be bound by the terms imposed by any third parties providing goods and/or services as part of or in connection with the prize.
  • The prize will be subject to any additional terms and conditions of the suppliers of the prize.
  • The promoter and the Sponsor are excluded from liability for any loss, damage or injury which might occur to the prize winner arising from his or her acceptance of the prize.
  • The prize winner may be required to participate in unpaid promotional related publicity undertaken by the promoter or is associated companies.
  • Entry is for people of 18 years of age and over.
  • By entering this competition you are agreeing that any submissions made become the property of Maximum Media Network.
  • Entry to this promotion shall be deemed full and unconditional acceptance of the terms & conditions.
  • The promoter reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions.
These terms and conditions shall be governed by the laws of Ireland and subject to the jurisdiction of the Irish Courts.
