This is a handy exercise to do if you are looking to get rid of man boobs or just want a fitter-looking chest.
Instructions:
- Lay on the floor holding dumbbells in your hands. Bend your knees for comfort. Your starting position should have the weights fully extended above you.
- Lower the weights until your upper arm comes in contact with the floor.
- Pause at the bottom and then push through the weights into the air to full arm extension.
- See? No more man boobs, right?
