The World number one is looking pretty buff these days it has to be said.
In the last few years in particular, McIlroy has placed a lot of emphasis on his overall fitness and conditioning and certainly he looks far more athletic on the course nowadays than he did earlier in his career.
The Holywood man had to work very hard to get himself into that condition, of course, and he gave an insight into his preparation this morning with a couple of snaps of his leg day workout, lifting weights that, of course, JOE could manage without even breaking a sweat. Honest.
