Tasty and easy to make protein recipes: Greek yoghurt breakfast bowl
The perfect way to start your morning.
- 200g of Total 0% Greek yoghurt
- 1/2 teaspoon of cinnamon
- 1 scoop of Optimum Nutrition Gold Standard 100% Whey (Vanilla Flavour)
- 30g of mixed berries (blueberries, raspberries, strawberries etc.)
- 20g of nuts (almonds, cashews) or 1 teaspoon of mixed seeds
- 1 banana
- Mix the Greek Yoghurt, cinnamon and Optimum Nutrition Gold Standard 100% Whey (Vanilla Flavour) in a bowl
- Slice the banana and add it to the yoghurt along with the nuts or seeds and berries.
- The dish is ready to serve
