Tasty and easy to make protein recipes: Greek yoghurt breakfast bowl

The perfect way to start your morning.

Ingredients:

  • 200g of Total 0% Greek yoghurt
  • 1/2 teaspoon of cinnamon
  • 1 scoop of Optimum Nutrition Gold Standard 100% Whey (Vanilla Flavour)
  • 30g of mixed berries (blueberries, raspberries, strawberries etc.)
  • 20g of nuts (almonds, cashews) or 1 teaspoon of mixed seeds
  • 1 banana

Instructions:

  • Mix the Greek Yoghurt, cinnamon and Optimum Nutrition Gold Standard 100% Whey (Vanilla Flavour) in a bowl
  • Slice the banana and add it to the yoghurt along with the nuts or seeds and berries.
  • The dish is ready to serve
