We’re very close to the season opener, with Leinster kicking off away against the Scarlets tomorrow, but we got a sneak peek in to their training to see how the lads stay in such great shape.
Daniel Tobin, Leinster’s Head of Fitness, runs us through the team’s squat routine, and what the importance of these movements are to the players in different match situations all over the pitch.
