There is a very small number of actors who we genuinely believe, no matter what Hollywood throws at them, they're going to be just fine, and Dwayne The Rock Johnson is one of them.

Battling Vin Diesel in speeding cars, or surviving city flattening earthquakes, we kinda always know that Johnson is gonna come out the other side with that big smile still on his face, and that's because Johnson is himself bigger than most buildings. That comes down to his uniquely intense workout regime - which includes consuming 5,000 calories a day (with 1,000 of that coming from cod alone. That's a lot of cod...) - and hitting the weights every singly day. Just looking at this video has made us tired and lazy all at once.
