Yes, you read that correctly. Legend has it, the little tykes still regularly wander close by and if you visit on April 17 you might even see a few and be in with a chance of winning some great prizes. 'Why?' we hear you ask. Because that is the day the good folks over at VisitCarlingford.com are attempting to break the world record for “Largest Gathering of People Dressed as Leprechauns”. Dust off that green top hat and waistcoat, because every single one of you has been invited to take part. Don't forgot to bring your pot of gold too, as all proceeds will be donated to two worthy charities; The Maria Gorretti Foundation and The Louth County Council Malawi Development Fund.
