Bill O’Reilly fired from Fox News following sexual harassment allegations

21st Century Fox released a statement on Wednesday.

21st Century Fox have confirmed that Bill O’Reilly will not be returning to the Fox News Channel following claims that he sexually harassed female colleagues.

21st Century Fox released a brief statement on Wednesday, which read: “After a thorough and careful review of the allegations, the Company and Bill O’Reilly have agreed that Bill O’Reilly will not be returning to the Fox News Channel.”

Earlier this month, it was reported that five women had received settlements of approximately $13 million because of O’Reilly, while over 50 sponsors have withdrawn ads from O’Reilly’s show, the O’Reilly Factor, in light of the allegations.

O’Reilly has denied all of the allegations made against him.
