The home of the black stuff rewards the show of the blue stuff.

The greatest show of all time? Everyone knew that anyway, right?

Well, now it’s official, as Guinness World Records announced that the hit US television series is officially the most critically acclaimed show of all time, with Season 5 being awarded a whopping rating of 99% on Metacritic.

As JOE’s dad would say, what happened to the other 1%?

YOU SHUT UP DAD. YOU’RE NOT EVEN MY REAL MOTHER.

Replacing The Wire on the aggregate review site (which had a score of 98% – slackers), Breaking Bad can add this new record to the other records that it also officially holds – The Greatest TV Show With The Most Bald People In It Ever and The Greatest TV Show That JOE Has Written More Amazing Articles About In The History Of JOE Ever.

Of course, if you’ve had your fill of the highly-addictive Breaking Bad (which you clearly haven’t) here are JOE’s recommendations of five other top TV shows that you should most definitely check out. While you’re at it, why not check out JOE’s in-depth interview with Breaking Bad’s genuis creator, Vince Gilligan.

And if you’re one of the four silly, silly people in the world who hasn’t seen any of Walter White’s mad meth adventures yet, then WISE UP and get yourself over to Netflix to start your brilliant Breaking Bad binge session now.
