Like someone that's possessed by a malicious demon, some horror films have a tendency to be formulaic, repetitive and a bit clichéd. 2013's release of The Conjuring was a much-needed exorcism of the genre's demons though.
James Wan's original effortlessly balanced a mix of scares and tension with the rarest quality in horror, believable characters that are wonderfully acted.
It's no surprise that The Conjuring went on to make over $130m at the box-office, but as we all know with horror, evil never dies.
Lorraine and Ed Warren are back in a new demonic case that sees them travel to north London to help a single mother raising four children alone in a house... that just happens to be plagued by malicious spirits.
The power of Christ compelled us to chat with Patrick Wilson about scaring the crap out of audiences, his new best friend Simon Delaney and why he would love to chat with the ghost of Elvis (yep, we're singing 'Walking in Memphis' now too).
