Dutton Ranch, the latest spin-off of the hit Western drama series Yellowstone, is now available to stream at home.
Accessible through Paramount+, the show continues the story of married couple Beth Dutton (Kelly Reilly) and Rip Wheeler (Cole Hauser) as they gamble everything on a new life running a cattle ranch in Rio Paloma, South Texas.
"As Beth and Rip fight to build a future together - far from the ghosts of Yellowstone - they collide with brutal new realities and a ruthless rival ranch that will stop at nothing to protect its empire," the plot synopsis adds.
"In South Texas, blood runs deeper, forgiveness is fleeting, and the cost of survival might just be your soul."
The nine-episode series is earning glowing reviews from critics, currently holding an 85% Rotten Tomatoes score.
You can read a sample of some of these positive write-ups for Dutton Ranch below:
The Age (Australia): "It sets up with reassuring ease for Yellowstone devotees. No surprises here."
The Daily Beast: "The most straightforward and satisfying franchise entry since the original."
Decider: "Be honest, you missed Beth Dutton, and Rip Wheeler’s stoic man in black act. Dutton Ranch nicely foregrounds their relationship and immediately plunges Beth, Rip, Carter, and their very livelihood into tons of new trouble."
FandomWire: "Dutton Ranch is a pulpy, brooding, and feverishly addictive neo-Western crime saga, proving the Sheridanverse still has dust on its boots and blood on its hands."
Pajiba: "It’s all very black-and-white and so Western it hurts, but hell if it doesn’t work."
RogerEbert.com: "It hits the ground running and sets up a half-dozen storylines with long-term potential, while creating a whole new branch of the Yellowstone tree."
TV Line: "...Reinforces Kelly Reilly and Cole Hauser's position as one of TV's most dynamic duos."
The first two episodes of Dutton Ranch are streaming on Paramount+ now, with the rest of its first season dropping weekly on Fridays.
