Jennifer Aniston reveals the one Friends star who doesn’t want to talk about a possible reunion anymore

Friends reunion

However, she does make an amazing pitch for a different show they can reboot instead…

Reboots are pretty hot right now in TV land.

Some of them are big successes (Will & Grace), some aren’t (the fallout of Roseanne comes to mind), and there are loads still on the way, including everything from Murphy Brown to ALF, but the one everyone is still holding out for is Friends.

Over the years, it has been different actors being the reason why the reunion has never happened, but Jennifer Aniston – who is currently filming her new Netflix movie Murder Mystery with Adam Sandler in Italy – has kind of revealed that everyone is mostly on board now… except for one person.

Speaking to InStyle Magazine, Aniston reveals that she isn’t the only one who is excited about the prospect:

“Before that show ended, people were asking if we were coming back. Courteney [Cox] and Lisa [Kudrow] and I talk about it. I fantasize about it.”

However, there is one person who seems to be holding out on the idea:

“It really was the greatest job I ever had. I don’t know what it would look like today, but you never know. So many shows are being successfully rebooted. I know Matt LeBlanc doesn’t want to be asked that question anymore. But maybe we could talk him into it.”

But then – BUT THEN! – she drops this pitch of another show they could reboot, and we are 100% behind it:

“Or we just give it some time and then Lisa, Courteney, and I could reboot The Golden Girls and spend our last years together on wicker furniture.”

Yeah, we know Jen is most likely joking about it, but seriously, we would be first in line to watch this. Can you imagine Rachel, Monica and Phoebe just hanging out like the Golden Girls?

First things first, they need to keep the opening credits…
