It’s Friday.

Friday, gotta get down on Friday, as the song goes.

Otherwise, you can just stay in and watch a movie.

Here’s what we’re dealing with on this rainy Friday night:

Spectre – ITV2 – 8pm

The name’s Craig, Daniel Craig. Classic 007 business.

Central Intelligence – E4 – 9pm

One of the many, many movies starring both Kevin Hart and The Rock. If you like the others, you’ll enjoy this.

Horrible Bosses 2 – RTÉ2 – 9.45pm

Decent comedy starring Jason Bateman, Jason Sudeikis, Charlie Day, Jennifer Aniston and Christoph Waltz. No real need to have seen the first one, though it may help.

Ghostbusters – 10pm – Channel 4

The reboot of the classic 80s flick. Good for a laugh or two, despite the negative press it received upon its release. Who ya’ gonna call?

Finding Your Feet – RTÉ One – 10.15pm

Comedy starring Imelda Staunton, Celia Imrie, Timothy Spall and Joanna Lumley about a wealthy woman whose existence is shattered when she discovers her husband is having an affair with her best friend.

Hellboy II: The Golden Army – UTV – 10.45pm

A very good superhero movie, from long before superhero movies became the biggest films of all time.

Loving – RTÉ One – 12.20am

Any movie starring Ruth Negga is worth watching, even if it is on after midnight.
