Late Late Graham Norton line up

For anyone that’s staying in.

The Bank Holiday weekend is upon us and if you fancy kicking it off with a lazy night in front of the TV, here’s who Ryan Tubridy and Graham Norton will be talking to later on this evening.

The Late Late Show

David McCullagh

After a lively debate on Prime Time earlier this week, the TV presenter will be in studio following the closing of the polls to deliver the RTÉ/Red C Exit Poll result in the race to the Áras.

Catherine Corless

The historian who uncovered details of a mass grave at the former Mother and Babies Home in Tuam, will join Ryan Tubridy to give her thoughts on the Government’s decision this week to initiate a forensic excavation at the site.

The last time that she appeared on the Late Late Show in 2017, she received a standing ovation from the audience after an extremely powerful interview.

Davy Fitzgerald

He’s one of the GAA’s most famous faces and the All-Ireland winning hurler and manager will be talking about his legacy, his fiery reputation and the latest season of Ireland’s Fittest Family.

Martina Cox

In April, Sean Cox went to Anfield to watch his beloved Liverpool in action in the Champions League, but ended up fighting for his life. Sean’s wife, Martina Cox, will be discussing how the family’s life was changed forever on that evening.

Allen Leech

From aristocracy to rock royalty, the Dublin actor will be chatting about what it was like to achieve worldwide fame playing Tom Branson in the critically acclaimed Downton Abbey, and his role as Freddie Mercury’s manager in the highly-anticipated movie, Bohemian Rhapsody.

Comedian Des Bishop will be in studio to talk about our obsession with Netflix and carvery dinners, and there will be music from Bell X1 and Gavin James.

Gavin James

The Graham Norton Show

Eddie Redmayne

The Oscar-winning actor will be on the couch to chat about his return to the wizarding world in Fantastic Beasts: The Crimes of Grindelwald. Oh yes, Newt Scamander is back and we’ll also be seeing the younger version of a certain Albus Percival Wulfric Brian Dumbledore in the new film.

Jude Law

Speaking of the most famous professor in the Harry Potter saga, the star of Alfie and A.I. will be talking about his take on a character that was made famous by Richard Harris and Michael Gambon.

As Kingsley Shacklebolt once said: “You may not like him, Minister, but you can’t deny: Dumbledore’s got style.” We agree.

Emma Stone

The star of Superbad and Easy A will be chatting about her new film, The Favourite. Remember that moment when Graham teased her that the Spice Girls were going to show up while she was being interviewed? We wonder if that will pop up?

Melissa McCarthy

We’re more familiar with seeing the actress in lighthearted comedies but her new film, Can You Ever Forgive Me?, sees McCarthy make a massive shift as she moves into more dramatic territory. The film has already received excellent reviews.

Music comes from Rick Astley – he’s never gonna’ give you up, you know?
