Jedward speak openly about their mental health and Covid-19 on Late Late Show

“I’ve never felt so low in my life.”

On Friday night’s episode of The Late Late Show, former X-Factor and Eurovision stars Jedward were on the couch to talk about what the showbiz life has been like for the twins.

The two spoke about what life has been like since X-Factor, and more recently, how they have been spreading positivity to everyone and anyone on their social media pages.

They have become known for sending uplifting messages to fans on Twitter, while also calling out misinformation with regards to Covid-19, and urging people to follow the guidelines.

Speaking about Covid on The Late Late Show, Edward said: “I’ve never felt so low in my life. What keeps you going is just focusing on what you should be doing.”

John interrupted to say that “This time time has made me really appreciate what actually matters in your life – your family and your friends.”

Edward, speaking directly to the camera, said: “Wear your mask, people are dying, people have died, people have not been able to go to funerals, they won’t have their family members this Christmas.”

The two also spoke about the death of their mother, and dedicated their performance of ‘Everybody Hurts’ to the her:
