JOE’s favourite moments from Terminator & Terminator 2 (24 year-old SPOILERS)

He's back

JOE

COME WITH US IF YOU WANT TO RELIVE… some of our favourite Terminator and Terminator 2 moments.

We have very high hopes for the upcoming movie from the franchise, Terminator: Genisys.

Arnie looks back on form and star of Game of Thrones, Emilia Clarke, looks ready to kick some metal ass.

To get us in the mood, we’ve decided to go back to the original film and the now iconic Terminator 2: Judgement Day.

Here are some of our favourite moments from those classic movies.

Disco bar scene

What’s an action movie without a robot chasing a lady through a disco-infused nightclub… absolutely rubbish is your answer.

This scene gets extra marks for containing the catchphrase “come with me if you want to live”.

The Police Station shootout

“I’m a friend of Sarah Connor…” No, you are not Mr Terminator.

No. You. Are. Bloody. Well. Not.

This is an iconic scene for many reasons, not least Arnie’s first uttering of the now infamous line “I’ll be back.”

The ending

Okay, it hasn’t aged quite as well as Mr Schwarzenegger himself, but isn’t that half the fun? This over-the-top villain death is a classic and we have to admit, we still love it.

Bad to the bone

Ever wonder how Arnie got his signature look. Wonder no more.

The mall scene

“Another Robot. He’s another bloody robot. OH MY GOD.”

That was our initial reaction to this scene. Our reaction today is still fairly similar too.

The chase scene

When looking back at our favourite Terminator 2 moments, this is an obvious choice.

Seriously, what a chase scene.
