As Covid-19 continues to affect lives across the world, we are given regular advice from those in the know.
Some good advice (social distancing, staying indoors, washing your hands etc), some not so good (injecting yourself with bleach).
But if there’s one person we’re definitely going to listen to about this whole thing, it’s Nessa from Gavin and Stacey…
The brilliant Ruth Jones got into character as Nessa for a video wherein she insisted that people continue to follow safety restrictions, or else.
She says: “I’m not about to tell you how to live your life. I wouldn’t do that to noone. I wouldn’t even tell myself how to live my life.
“But I will say this – if you see me in the mornings, doing my daily run, my half marathon around Barry. Don’t even think about breaking that two metre rule.
“Because if you do, I will not hesitate to tell you quite clearly to BACK OFF.”
