Wee Daniel was as good as his word.
It happened nearly six months ago at this stage, but the clip of a very disappointed Daniel O’Donnell fan on the Late Late Show is definitely one of THE viral moments of 2016 so far.
In case your memory needs refreshing, Molly-Kate Sloyan became something of a sensation in Ireland for her reaction in the Late Late audience when it was announced that Daniel O’Donnell was about to appear on the show only for impersonator Mario Rosenstock to show up instead.
From giddy excitement to utter disgust in the space of about ten seconds, the look on her face was just priceless.
Daniel, being the gentleman that he is, recorded a message especially for Molly-Kate soon afterwards inviting her to a show in the INEC in Killarney, which takes place tonight, August 12.
So keen was Molly-Kate to attend that she flew in from Spain especially for the show and she got to meet Daniel and do a little dance with her idol beforehand.
No fear of a look of disgust this time around.
