RTÉ are looking for participants for a new climate change TV show

You could earn yourself a quick buck for your efforts too.

How would you feel about taking part in a new TV show, while also trying to reduce your carbon footprint and do your bit for the environment?

New RTÉ series What Planet Are You On? will take the science behind climate change, and using the established methods of calculation, take a forensic study of three different Irish households.

The show will look at every detail of the lives of those involved, such as things that have direct carbon impact, like energy use and transport. 

It will also look at secondary impacts, like the food we eat and how contestants deal with waste and water use. 

The houses that successfully reduce the negative impact that they’re having on planet earth will receive €2,000 for their troubles, while also learning a lot about the consequences of their actions, with regards to the environment.
