Welcome to #TrailerChest, where we’re taking a sneak peek at the brand new trailer for Deadpool 2.
Plot’s it all about?
The narrative for this movie has been kept very quiet, but from what we do know is that it looks pretty damn good, pretty damn gruesome, and pretty damn hilarious. The trailer follows our lovable anti-hero beating the living daylights out of bad guys, all the while making sly comments and constantly breaking the fourth wall, in a way that other movies could only dream of doing.
Based on the trailer, we see Ryan Reynolds’ character trying to save the life of a young character who is only being referred to as “the kid” (played by Hunt For The Wilderpeople’s brilliant Julian Dennison).
We also see Deadpool attempt to create “a super, duper fucking group”, who are gonna be “tough, morally flexible and young enough to carry their own franchise for 10-12 years” as they attempt to take on Josh Brolin’s Cable.
The trailer also features Deadpool and his pal Weasel chatting about how “they probably won’t even make a 3”, and how they should “stop at 2”. We really hope they don’t…
