Simon Delaney and Maria Doyle Kennedy have both started filming on The Conjuring 2.

The supernatural thriller is the follow-up to the massively successful original, starring Very Farmiga and Patrick Wilson as demonologists Lorraine and Ed Warren. In the sequel, the Warrens travel to North London to help a single mother - played by Frances O'Connor - raising four children whose house is plagued by malicious spirits. The Conjuring made more than $319m worldwide, making it the second highest grossing original horror of all time behind The Exorcist. The Conjuring 2 - which will co-star Irish stars Delaney and Doyle-Kennedy - is scheduled for worldwide release the week beginning June 10, 2016.
