Perfect pre-Halloween watching.

Prime Video has just added 2023’s best action movie, while Spielberg’s best movie in over 10 years is finally available to watch at home.

On top of this, Netflix has quietly added 12 huge films to its library.

However, if you still need more to watch after all that, here are the movies airing on TV tonight.

Die Hard – ITV4 – 9pm

“Now I have a machine gun. Ho ho ho.”

Sinister – Sky Sci-Fi – 9pm

The scariest movie ever made, according to science. Read more about it here.

Alien: Covenant – E4 – 9pm

This latest entry in the legendary horror franchise – until next year at least – boasts an amazing dual turn from Michael Fassbender.

Midway – Film4 – 9pm

From director Roland Emmerich (Independence Day, Moonfall), this not very well-regarded WWII epic features amongst its cast Dennis Quaid, Patrick Wilson and Woody Harrelson.

Blended – Comedy Central – 9pm

Adam Sandler and Drew Barrymore reunite for this comedy about two single parents who went on a bad blind date that wind up stuck together at the same African safari resort with their children.

Us – BBC Two – 10pm

Our pick for tonight centres around an American family (led by Lupita Nyong’o and Winston Duke) who must fight for survival after they find themselves under attack by strange doppelgangers of themselves.

Oscar-winning writer-director Jordan Peele’s ambitious follow-up to Get Out, Us saw him up the action and spectacle while still retaining the dark comedy, social commentary and spine-chilling moments that made his breakthrough film such a phenomenon.

Us is also available to rent on Apple TV, Google Play, Rakuten TV and Sky Store.

The Campaign – RTÉ2 – 10.30pm
