And, for a while, James Corden, Nick Jonas and Demi Lovato were a genuine band, even performing on the streets of Los Angeles in the latest episode of the wildly popular Carpool Karaoke series.
To be fair to them, for an impromptu (at least we think it was impromptu) performance, they did a pretty good job of Lovato’s song ‘Confident’; the crowds that gathered certainly seemed to enjoy it anyway.
Before that, there was the usual mix of chat and song in the car, with the somewhat awkward dating history of Corden’s passengers providing great entertainment at the very start of proceedings.
