Ron Swanson shares his views on what it takes to live “full bush.”

There are some actors who become so closely identified with their most famous onscreen character that it’s hard for them to shake the tag off. Daniel Radcliffe as Harry Potter, Jack Gleeson as King Jofffrey and that kid who sees dead people in The Sixth Sense all spring to mind.

If you don’t know already, Parks and Recreation is one of the best comedies on TV and this is largely due to the wildlife-loving, whiskey-drinking, manly meat-eating machine that is Ron Swanson.

You could base your life around some of Ron’s timeless advice like “when people get a little too chummy with me I like to call them by the wrong name to let them know I don’t really care about them” or, “crying: acceptable only at funerals and the Grand Canyon.”

It’s very likely that Ron is probably the manliest man that ever manned up on this earth, but actor Nick Offerman is so unbelievably similar to his character in the show that it’s hard to see where Ron ends and Nick begins.

Offerman appeared on Conan to promote his new comedy tour, Full Bush, and, as always, he is well worth watching.

Who knew that manscaping is an abomination of the English language?

Take a look…

If you want some more genius, mad and random musings from Offerman’s noggin, then this video is definitely for you.
