One for the kids.
The Angry Birds video game took the world by storm upon its release back in 2009, but its buzz has since died down somewhat.
You can expect all of that to change very soon once kids around the world see the trailer for The Angry Birds Movie starring Jason Sudeikis, Bill Hader and Game of Thrones’ Peter Dinklage.
The movie, which is coming out in May, looks really funny with an obvious mix of grown-up humour as well the bright colours and cuddly characters that ensure you’ll be buying Angry Birds merchandise for your kids until the next Minions movie comes out.
The main character, Red, is angry because people always made fun of him for his eyebrows – this anger becomes useful once the birds’ island is colonised by egg-stealing pigs. Oscars abound.
