Not only is The Rock a beast and one of JOE’s heroes, he can be funny as hell when he wants to be too.
The Hercules star appeared on The Tonight Show with Jimmy Fallon earlier this week and as well as
discussing an infamous photo of himself from the 90s that he shared online recently, himself and Fallon took some time to do what The Rock does best; work out.
This was nothing like The Rock’s various beast-like workouts we’ve featured on the site before, but a recreation of old VHS fitness videos produced by a duo known as The Fungo Brothers, a duo that in reality, never actually existed until created by Fallon and The Rock this week.

Some of the exercises advocated by the two lads in the videos above are unconventional and even mildly inappropriate in some cases and they even came up with their own version of the Shake Weight workout made famous in South Park a few years back...
