When we managed to get our heads around the ridiculousness of the plot and forgot everything we thought we knew about time travel, the first Hot Tub Time machine was pretty funny.
This time, instead of going back into the past, the guys are accidentally transported into the future, where they find that the success they carved out for themselves in the first movie hasn’t lasted.
In their own words, Lou now looks like a “poor Gandalf” and Nick is all washed up with his only famous track being the “Webber strut” which looks like “d*ck picking” apparently. Although Jacob seems to have done alright out of it all…
The gang now have to try and alter the future to try and save the past, which actually turns out to be the present.
Yeah, it’s confusing stuff but have a scope at the new trailer and you should get a good laugh…
