Vine: It sounds like Tom Jones called an Australian sports presenter “a d***head” live on-air

It's not unusual, wait, this is unusual...

It’s not unusual, wait, this is unusual…

Tom Jones had a bit of a nightmare on Australian television over the weekend when he was the special musical guest for the AFL Grand Final and the disaster unfolded in three parts.

The beginning of the cringe-tastic appearance was when the crooner described Aussie Rules players as “rugby players” which is a massive no-no. (Part 1/3).

Tom was being interviewed by presenter and former Hawthorns player Campbell Brown and old Brownie must be some sort of hilarious character because to he tried to have the bants with the Welsh singer.

In reference to fact that Jones is known as a ladies man and his gigs famously ended in loads of women throwing their underwear at him, Campell Brown handed Tom some underwear. LOL! Genius! (Part 2/3).

The final part of this saga is easily the best as it appears that Tom didn’t enjoy the hilarity the Aussie presenter brought to the party and if you listen closely, it sounds like he called the Brown “a d***head”… (Part 3/3)

A lot of people are saying that Tom said “take care” and because he’s such a gentleman, we’ll give him the benefit of the doubt.

Hat-tip to FoxSports.
