Westboro Baptist Church planning to picket the funeral of the late Robin Williams

No shame, no morals and no decency.

No shame, no morals and no decency.

The extreme right-wing Westboro Baptist Church are planning to protest at the funeral of the late and sadly missed Robin Williams.

The ‘religious organisation’ put out a stream of tweets earlier in the week in which they showed open contempt for the life of Williams.

We won’t reproduce those tweets here, cretinous as they are, but we can report that they retweeted news stories suggesting that a picket may occur without confirming exact details themselves.

The group has a history of picketing the funerals of celebrities, including Michael Jackson, as well as soldiers.

Hopefully the group will never actually find out where Williams’ funeral will take place.

While it is thought that he will be laid to rest in San Francisco, the family of the 63-year-old want it to be a small, private affair.
