Very little rankles to the same extent as traffic jams, but in Cork this morning there was a more unusual reason behind a build-up in traffic.
Thanks to Cork sharpshooter Daniel Goulding we were shown of this image from Cork today. While one might suspect this would be a more common sight, but this was taken in the heart of the city.
