As the industrial action continues with Bus Éireann, other transport services today will see some major fallout.
In a statement by Iarnród Éireann, they have announced this morning that many of the major rail services today will be heavily effected or will be cancelled outright.
This is due to secondary picketing at a large number of locations around the city and the country.
These include all DART services, with the exception of a 5.40am and 7.00am service this morning. For the rest of the day, DART services will be inactive.
Other services cancelled for the day include Cork-Dublin, the Cork Commuter, Westport-Dublin, Waterford-Heuston, Athlone-Dublin and Maynooth-Dublin.
Meanwhile, the Belfast-Dublin, Sligo/Longford-Dublin, Galway-Heuston, Rosslare-Dublin and Waterford-Dublin are said to expect a limited service.
Confirmation is waiting on the services between Limerick-Dublin and Limerick-Galway.
