Is it art, or is it a freaky statue of a guy in his underwear? You decide
What’s the last thing you want to see at night as you wander through the snowy surrounds of your university in Massachusetts? A creepy statue that looks like a random man walking around in his underwear, of course. For those of you who said that you would be more scared by a knife-wielding maniac, you were wrong.
Artist Tony Matelli is the man behind the freaky statue entitled ‘Sleepwalker’, and it is part of an exhibition at the school’s Davis Museum. It’s not universally loved, however, as there has been a petition started to get the college president, H. Kim Bottomly, to have the statue removed according to the Boston Globe.
Of course, while it is incredibly weird, it has already inspired an inevitable raft of photoshop jobs and selfies, some of which are pretty entertaining.

He also now has his own Twitter account, and apparently a range of winter clothing wear for this season.
