We love the Welshman’s honesty…
Europe retained the Ryder Cup over the weekend by beating the US by 16 1/2 to 11 1/2 at Gleneagles in Scotland. It’s the third time in a row that the European side have won the trophy so it was a momentous occasion for all involved.
The triumph was extra special for the players who were making their Ryder Cup debut and one of the was 2012 Irish Open winner Jamie Donaldson.
He played his part on Sunday winning his singles match with Keegan Bradley 4&3. This shot all but sealed the win for Paul McGinley’s side…
The Welshman is a real favourite with players and fans because he seems like a normal down to earth guy and his hilarious appearance on Sky Sports News this morning will endear him to people even more.
