Football hipsters have a new favourite TD in the shape of Mick Wallace
Mick Wallace is a big football fan, and in particular it seems that he has a soft spot for Serie A, after he was seen in the Dail wearing a Torino jersey.

Mick was back on to Charlie too, after he spotted that the Fine Gael TD had been admiring his jersey.

Of course, this isn’t the first time that we’ve seen Mick Wallace making waves for his clobber in the Dáil, nor the first time he’s worn a Torino shirt into government chambers.
He does apparently support the club according to what he’s said on his website, and gets to around 6/7 games a year there. His sister lives in San Mauro and he has been there almost every year for the previous 25 years, so he’s got a strong link with the team and the area.
