Easy Exercise of the Week: Burpees

Fat-burning and effective.

You can do this as part of your gym routine or at home and the best thing is that no equipment is needed. This is a great full body workout.

Instructions:

  • Stand with your feet hip width apart and your arms down by your sides.
  • Lower into a squat position with your hands flat on the floor in front of you.
  • Get into a push-up position and lower your chest to the floor.
  • Push your chest back up to the press up position thrust both feet forward so you are back in the squat position.
  • Jump and raise both hands over your head. Repeat.
