In the latest of our series of easy exercises, we look at a number of different chest workouts that can be performed pretty much anywhere.

The best thing about all of them is that you don’t actually need weights. In fact, the most you’ll need are two chairs or some boxes.

A few of the exercises in the video below are a bit more advanced, but there’s definitely something in there for people at every level.
