Ya’har me matey! Tomorrow (Sept. 19) be Talk Like A Pirate Day and to celebrate JOE and Captain Morgan have teamed up to bring you a treasure hunt like no other…
Well now, would’ya look at what the tide dragged in… I suppose ye be here for the treasure hunt? Well you better listen up, because it’s going to take some mighty fine pirating skills to find the hidden chest.
Some say the chest is haunted with the soul of Blackbeard himself, while others say a two-headed parrot named Polly protects the treasure with a giant cracker. But one thing be for sure me matey, and that’s the sweet little fact that she be filled with everything a pirate could ever want!
The lucky seafarer who finds the chest and answers the question attached will be in with a chance of winning a game console with games to play on it, a bottle of the finest Captain Morgan and enough Captain Morgan goodies to make even the Spanish Armada jealous.
So, here’s what ye be needin’ to do to find our treasure. From Thursday September 19 to Wednesday September 25, a picture of a map will be hidden somewhere in the JOE.ie site and all you have to do is find it. Simple as, boyo.
It might be hidden in the depths of a story, or it might be sitting right under your nose, but just remember… “X marks the spot”.
So when you’ve found the Captain Morgan’s treasure map make sure to click it and answer the question that will be brought before your very eyes…
